Small trays feed about 15 to 25 guests and large trays about 25 to 30. King Fish and Escovitch Snapper are sold by the piece: 8 pieces or 12 pieces.
Trays start at $40 for a small Mac Pie and go up to $370 for a large Oxtail. Fried Chicken is $85 to $170, Curry Goat is $160 to $320 and Rice & Peas is $60 to $90, depending on tray size. Prices are before tax.
